Picked up the MA-S and so far it’s been a great ride. The off-road performance is impressive — handles rough terrain confidently thanks to the full suspension and fat tires, and the speed is no joke. Acceleration feels strong and the bike has plenty of power for trails and longer rides.
Build quality looks solid out of the box and the styling is honestly one of the coolest in this category. Ordering and shipping went smoothly too.
Holding back the 5th star only because I haven’t had it long enough to speak to long-term durability, battery longevity, or how it holds up over time. So far though, no complaints. I’ll come back and update this review once I’ve put more miles on it.

Good speed. All though after about 1500 miles, all my spokes on the back of the bike are completely broken and they have all fallen out. they didn’t think about how much power the bike has so it runs itself out of its own spokes.

Therefore, we recommend that you pay attention to riding safety. Under normal riding conditions, the spokes would not be damaged so severely.

Great bike, fun ride easy set up, although I was missing one lock wash for the front tire,with no extras in box, I had to hit the hardware store and buy one. immediate acceleration was surprising but also my battery charger light doesn’t turn green when it’s finished charging, I waited almost 6 hours and it was still red yet the battery was at 100%. Other than that awesome very happy with my purchase but don't think I wouldn’t have bought it if it weren’t for the Mother’s Day sale which was a GREAT DEAL for the Hikeep Ma-s

One Awesome bike I have the panda smooth & stable tight bike!! it's a blast! the suspension is fantastic! I am 230 ins 6 ft I hit 40.3 mph no trouble I ride the trails around here 36 miles every evening still has plenty battery left 60 v 40 amp thank you hikeep great product and customer service

The MS-A I purchased was advertised as a 60 volt battery and a 4000 watt motor. What was sent was a 52 volt DC battery 3000 watt motor. I emailed Hikeep and was told they spoke with the engineers and these two things are the same. Bull shit! Don't buy from these Chinese scammers!!!!
Hello, sir. I am very sorry. What I originally said was that due to a product upgrade, some product labels were incorrect, but the actual battery is the 60V 40A we advertised. We guarantee that when fully charged, its standard voltage reaches 60V (maximum voltage 67.2V). You can measure it with a voltmeter. If it does not meet that, I will arrange a return and refund for you. You left this review without actually measuring it. I am very sorry about that.
When we advertise 60V 40A, even if the label is incorrect, the actual product will still deliver 60V 40A. If it does not, we will take responsibility. We do not engage in false advertising.
