My review from a person that knows ebikes

Ok where do I start. I have 2 hikeep, The hikeep is the BEST pedal ebike I have EVER tried, it’s good at wheelies, it can do stoppies, I mean the only down side is how many tubes I’ve had to replace but besides that everything is great! it can climb hills,in one of the areas I ride in, a cop came up to me and said ”hey nice bike I like the pedals”
one of the downsides is that it looses So much torque after 80-70 percent . And thats my review

Many things keep breaking off or come loose very quick and the kick stand metal part not the screws but the area where you would screw in the screws ripped off causing me to not be able to srand it up straight.

Hello,
Thank you for choosing Hikeep.
Based on the photos you provided, it appears that the kickstand may have been subjected to forces beyond its designed load capacity. Please note that this kickstand is intended solely for keeping the bicycle upright when parked; excessive weight or impact could cause damage.
That said, we truly value your feedback. If you believe this is a quality‑related issue, you are welcome to send us additional photos or videos. Our technical team will carefully review them and work out a fair and reasonable solution for you.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Customer support and warranty.

I got my bike the last week of March 2026. I've been riding it casually with zero complaints. I'm at almost 500 miles. Last week it stopped running. Error is on display. E40. I chase down the problem. The power wire leading to the hub motor has been cut through because the assembly has it next to the brake rotor. The power wire is in contact with the spinning brake rotor on the wheel. The factory assembly is at fault for this bad decision. As the customer I did not assemble the back end of the bike. I contacted customer support for a replacement under warranty. Customer support is denying my claim. Good luck to everyone out there that purchases from Hikeep. They will not accept responsibility or honor warranty. Now a bike that cost me $1000 dollars will cost an additional $400 for a new motor replacement. At less than 500 miles on it this bike is not worth the money. Customer service won't honor their product warranty, 2 stars. They would have earned 5 stars if I got a new motor.

Disappointing - Missing parts and no customer support

The shipping was great and the bike arrived quickly. I was really excited to open it, but all that excitement ended when I started assembling it. The bike is missing both the rear fenders and the ducktail seat extension. It just doesn't look the way it’s supposed to because those two key pieces are completely gone. I already tried contacting customer support about the missing parts, but I haven't received any response yet, which is honestly very disappointing. I haven't even tested the bike because I feel it's incomplete without those accessories. On top of that, I’ve been trying to find a compatible long seat so two people can ride on it, but it’s proving to be extremely difficult and I haven't found anything yet. I just bought this bike two days ago, and so far, this has been a really frustrating experience.

The run time is very poor and no where near 100

The run time is very poor and no where near 100 miles. I am 215 pounds and on level 3, I was able to barely get 35 miles on a full charge. Also the bike says the weight limit is up to 330 pounds. At my 215 pounds this bike "bottoms out" with the back shock. The rear shock is very cheap and can't handle heavier riders.

Hello, for a maximum range of 100 miles, this is achieved under pedal-assist mode on a flat, straight road. Full throttle and complex road conditions cannot guarantee that range—it depends on the rider's weight and riding habits. The weight of the bike plus your own weight is basically close to the maximum load capacity. The maximum value is usually not the recommended value.

For customers with high requirements, we have launched the high-end configured Hikeep MAD, which is equipped with the best shock absorption, a powerful 8000W PEAK motor, the same rear shock absorber as the Surron, custom front hydraulic suspension, and a large-capacity LG battery cell lithium battery.

My son loves this bike! The only reason for the 4 stars is that we spent 4hrs troubleshooting why it wouldn’t turn on. We finally realized a disconnected wire under the seat, even though they were all zip tied together and looked intact.

A blast to ride, but don’t buy it for the “35 mph” claim

Had this about 2 weeks and I’ve put around 15-20 rides on it (mostly neighborhood cruising). I’m ~200 lb, so well under the stated 250 lb limit. It’s genuinely a blast to ride and has way more “mini moto” vibes than a typical e-bike.

That said: the advertised top speed is “optimistic”. Out of the box it was capped, and after unlocking it I’m topping out around 28 mph, not 35. Maybe a lighter rider on perfect conditions gets closer, but for me that’s not happening.

The brakes feel squishy, and the stopping power isn’t confidence-inspiring. It’s definitely rideable, but if you’re going to be doing 25–28 mph regularly, you’ll probably want to adjust/bleed them (or upgrade) sooner rather than later.

Also the app has been useless for me. It just won’t pair over Bluetooth.

Bottom line: if you want a fun neighborhood ripper and you’re okay with doing a little tinkering, it’s a good time. If you’re buying it specifically expecting 35 mph and polished “app-connected” functionality, you’ll likely be disappointed.

Unbeatable Power and Speed!

I’m an adventure seeker and needed a bike that delivers excitement. The 1500W motor and peak 3000W output make uphill climbs effortless, and hitting 35MPH is thrilling. This is a must-have for anyone who loves power and speed!

Best ebike so far

Best ebike we've owned so far. Very durable and easy to charge. Battery last a long time. It's also pretty fast, which is what my son was looking for. We've had it for 3 months now and we have no issues. It's also a great price. Worth the buy.
