Is my Hikeep MAD pre-assembled?
TheHikeep MADis partially assembled. You have to install some parts by yourself, such as the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, pedals, and fender. You can download theHikeep MADuser manual or look at the assembly video for help.
What Types of Terrain Can Hikeep MAD Handle?
Hikeep MADebikes are designed for off-road use on rugged, unpaved surfaces with their wide and fat tires. These surfaces include dirt trails, gravel roads, grass, sand, and light snow. They can handle rougher terrains better than bikes with narrow road tires, but may still struggle on very technical mountain trails.Hikeep MADis also suitable for all-season use.

To ensure safer shipping, the tire pressure on our bikes is set slightly lower. However, we have thoughtfully included an air pump in the package.
It features the same rear shock absorber as the Surron, paired with a uniquely customized front shock absorber made exclusively by Hikeep. It also comes with an ultra-large capacity battery and a stylish lighting design.

This ebike has such a unique and badass look – definitely turns heads. The motor is seriously powerful. It handles everything I throw at it, from rough mountain trails to city streets. The specs are top-notch, and the front and rear suspension are amazing. It honestly feels like riding a motorcycle, but way quieter and cleaner. No gas, no noise, just pure fun. Highly recommend.
